About us
Together James, Kyle & Naomi have more than 30 years experience in the Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques (SMART) industry.
2004 : James started as a franchisee for the worlds largest franchised SMART company; he quickly gained professional credibility as a technician and was frequently employed to mentor & support other franchisees within the network.
2009: James left the franchise company & along with another ex franchisee created the Dr. Bump brand, both running mobile bodyshop services in Devon.
2013: After 9 years "on the road" James & Naomi acquired premises so they no longer had to rely on the weather & the Scratch & Scuff Surgery was born!
We invited Gesche to come & visit after realising we were in our 5th year of Dr bump!.

James & Naomi
James & Kyle run the technical side of the business
carrying out all the repairs to the vehicles.
Naomi carries out estimates, looks after the bookings & customer care.
